WHY we do it
DI Blog – Read our latest thoughts.
DI Tracker – We track politicians’ and the wider public’s attitudes to development every year. This means that we can spot changes, interesting trends or worrying news well ahead of clients’ development cycles. Here is a brief summary of our most recent DI Tracker research. If you would like any further information on the wealth of data we have collated then we can provide personal briefings and presentations.
DI Monitor – In conjunction with a leading UK planning consultancy, we compare and contrast the actual decisions taken by planning committees and the Secretary of State every year. Our clients inform their future behaviour by seeing which way the politicians are moving.
